With over 20 years of experience in pastoring, preaching and leadership, Pastors Jon and Chantel Norman are passionate about building the local church and serving the city of Norwich and beyond through bringing hope and practical help to every sphere of society.
Hailing from Belfast, Sam moved to England aged 19 to attend Bible College where he obtained a Biblical Theology degree. He is currently the General Manager, overseeing the day to day running of the Foundation. Sam is married to Dree and together they have three teenage children.
Richard owns and manages a number of local motor trade and property businesses. He has many years of experience as trustee for a number of local charities and currently serves as a director and trustee of Soul Church and as a trustee of Soul Foundation. Richard lives in Norfolk with his wife, Lynn. Outside of church and business his interests include flying (aeroplanes and hot-air balloons) and music.
Mark has lived in Norfolk for most of his life, and is happily married, with two children, Aaron and Summer. He is the managing director of a local design and print company that has been established for over 30 years, and also a director of a property investment company. Mark is passionate about doing what he can to help encourage, and inspire people of all ages to raise their perceptions as to what is possible and to be the best they can be!
With over 30 years of experience working in the Public Sector finance, Rob is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Rob has been involved with youth grassroots football for 15 years, is a Level 3 FA qualified coach, and currently manages a youth team in the Norfolk Christian Football League. He loves to spend time with his wife Emma, and his three children.
Kamile possess a degree in law and currently works in financial services. She loves dogs, plays the violin and piano. Since joining the SOUL Foundation team in 2019, Kamile says “I love being part of something so significant, and so much bigger than myself. I am so excited and passionate about what we can do as a collective to help those in need in our city and beyond.”
Sam grew up in Chelmsford, Essex, and now lives in Norfolk. He is part of the staff team at SOUL Church Norwich - currently working as Age Group Leader and is passionate about seeing young lives changed through the work of the local church & the community. Graduating from UEA with a BA International Development and Geography, Sam has a keen interest in creating sustainable positive changes in societies.
